Mr [redacted] detected the hail-related problems on my roof, explored the insurance options, met the appraiser while we were out of town, and got us a very good insurance payment Then he gave us options for the type of shingles to use (with no pressure) and finalized an estimate with both the starting and completion date Bad weather prevented them from starting as scheduled, but Mr [redacted] regularly kept us updated Eventually, they completed the work ahead of scheduleThey even fixed a few shingles on a gazebo; this work had not been included in the estimate Years ago we had a bad experience with a roofing company; initially I was reluctant to trust Tiger Roofing I must say that I have rarely dealt with a company as professional as this oneIn addition, Mr [redacted] is a very pleasant, well-spoken, and polite gentleman We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with him and his company and will recommend them strongly to any of our acquaintances who may need a roof

My roof was leaking and I needed a local roofer quickI called [redacted] and he was at the house the next day He came out and examined the roof and found a couple of weak spots and damage caused by recent storms He guided me through the insurance claims process and his lovely wife was present when the insurance repcame to examine the roof As soon as I was ready [redacted] and his crew were at my house the next day They quickly removed the old roof, installed the new roof, and carried all debris off all in the same day I am happy with my new roof and it has improved the curb appeal of my home Thanks [redacted] !

We had Tiger Roofing replace the old existing roof on our home. Of course there was a conflict between the mortgage company and the insurance company. [redacted] was able to schedule around that. Then there was a scheduling problem with a fishing trip to Alaska, [redacted] was able to schedule around that....He went way out of his way for us. Finally we were able to get the roof replaced, everything went smoothly, the roof looks great and after the last rain. It doesn' leak...your roof is something you don't want to think about and I won;t for thirty years....

I had hail damage in May, 2016. My insurance company recommended waiting for a couple of months to get past the major storm events. I had no experience with roofing contractors and feared the worst. I found my contractor in a very unique way - Facebook comments by Rodney on a shared weather guru section. Worked out for both of us perfectly. A gentleman with integrity and honesty. Great crew. Everything was handled on schedule in a very efficient and timely manner. Clean up was beyond reproach. Oversight on the project was perfect. I hope I don't need another roof anytime soon, but if circumstances call for it, Tiger Roofing will be my only call.
