Review: We had a contract with them for 1 year for my daughter. The contract expired, my daughter stopped going but they are continuing to charge my debit card. They have been contacted several times with no help. They claim I signed a new contract with them several months ago. I have not. They had offered a new contract several months ago to change the rate plans and extend the contract, however I declined at that time and told them we would just continue with the original contract and see if my daughter would still be interested. She is not. She has not been attending. I called them to let them know she would not be back and yet they still are charging me. I am not the only person that has had issues with them charging people and then refusing to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like my $239 back.

Review: The contract that was on file ended in December 2013. It was never actually signed but was given to me as a blank with the start date and the amount of money that would be charged. In late January/early February 2014, they were informed that the individuals under the contract would no longer be coming back. First, I was charged for both March and April which since they were given 30 days notice should have not occurred and the system should have had a cancellation. Second, the contract was up in December so I do not understand why the charges began again. I was told that the contract was frozen but since the contract ended in December the contract should not have been frozen at all or restarted and I most definitely did not tell them to put a freeze on the account.Desired Settlement: I want the $860 I was charged for March and April as there was no contract and they were notified that no one would be returning.
