They are always available by phone when not present and were not contacted that day concerning a fountain. Delivery and installation are not provided by The Arbor Gate. That is done by independent contract. The Arbor Gate does not accept any monetary compensation for services made off property by these persons. In good faith of the customers statement we will be happy to accept a 10% discount off the marked price of $1,564.99 for the fountain as is. The pot, reservoir and pump are in excellent condition. As stated we are not involved in installation pricing. We received notification of this complaint by mail today, July 1. No previous notice was received. Please acknowledge receipt of this reply.
