She causes trouble with everybody. She brought her car in, had a bunch of dog hair in it. I went and did the car and let her know there is no way I could get all this dog hair out of the car. I told her they may be a possibility that a few hairs would be in the tint, she said that was fine and no...

problem. She then took it home and came back up to complain about it. I was more than willing to fix the issue, but when I offered she started cussing. She refused to bring her car up here. I have multiple witnesses. This woman is truly a problem child.
