Seeking my money returned or new phone. I have contacted the vendor four times yesterday and they are refusing to do anything.
Ordered my phone on 6/9, rec'd on 6/11. After charging it the activation button (button with 3 vertical lines) constantly activated itself. Unfortunately, I put trust in them after reading their reviews (and from getting good feedback my brother who is a satisfied customer). We had to leave for vacation the next day after activation with service provider. I spent all of my vacation fighting my phone. Called customer service on Friday with understanding that they will be closed all weekend. I waited until EOB on Monday after calling and emailing them three times that day (1 phone call and two emails). No response. Not a happy customer.
I would like to thank you for using the hands down cheapest form (*** First-Class Package Service, you claimed this would be Priority mail in message) of mailing your coveted product. Not only would it take 5 days to travel through 1 state but now the product is lost with no insurance. Thank you Tigerphones for your help in making this buying process a mistake. Ordered from you on March 8th and on the 15th still waiting with no available. Tigerphones: Zero star review.
