I am sick and tired of parents that think they can go on social media and Revdex.com to file a complaint or review just to try and ruin businessMy Company NEVER stole anything from this family or anyone else. This family is the one who stole from our companyWe provided daycare everyday and
this family skipped out with not paying the bill or giving a required two weeks written notice per contractThis family gave us a bogus bank account number that they NEVER intended to put money into to pay for their daycareMind you this family get ICCP (health & welfare assistance) so they don't even pay the full amount of daycare, they only have to pay what ICCP says their co-pay isHer payment came back NSF timesWe contacted the child's mom and told her she needed to put money in this account so we could get paid and the mom/grandmother NEVER did and NEVER intended to put money in that account that they gaveShe called and asked if she could still bring her son in and we told her that we would let her come but the balance needed to be Paid that dayShe paid $and said she would pay the rest and that she was going to open a new account and bring in a new account number for usOn 11/15/the grandmother came to pick up and told my closer that this is his last day and she wanted his thingsMy employee told her she would have to talk to the director/owner and give a full weeks notice per contract to terminate careShe just left and didn't give anything or call the director/ownerI called her a few times trying to figure out what was going on and to get the balance taken care ofI NEVER received a call back from the momOn 12/6/the grandmother called me and left me a message saying she wanted to talk to meSo I called her back and was trying to explain why she had a balance and that if they were not returning they needed to give a full weeks noticeShe got angry and was yelling and screaming at me and I asked her to stop screaming at me so I could get this taken care of correctly and as adultsShe keep screaming and yelling saying she was going to go to the center and yell at my directorI told her that is unacceptable and that she can't do that, that we don't need this kind of behavior infront of my daycare childrenI informed her that she is NOT welcome back to our center, and that she could have her daughter mail me a written weeks notice, and pay her balance due with Late/NSF fees and we would close her accountI received a very angry letter on 12/12/from the grandmother and she stated she will call any where she needed to to report us and try to get us closed downShe has now posted this LIE on Revdex.com and called health DepartmentThey came and we have been CLEARED of any allegations she LIE to them aboutThis is unacceptable behavoir!!!! This family had NO issues with our care or center until we asked them to pay their billThey are the ones that STOLE from our centerI have also attached the Ledger from their account to PROVE that we didn't steal money we are still waiting to be paid for daycareIf this family would have paid their bill we would have NEVER come to this point and I am sure they would have still been enrolled in our center We have a GREAT Daycare and all of our Staff does the VERY BEST to make sure all our children in our center are well taken care of EVERYDAY!!!! I wish this family the very best in the future and we will miss this little guy very much!! He LOVED coming to our center everyday
