Review: I had a security system installed by tight spot security an I had nothing but trouble out of this alarm system. every since it was installed. on 12-12-12 he just keep give me the run around when I call him to correct the problem. it goes to and alarm company and every night I get call from the alarm company from 2am until I open for business the next day at 9am it goes off all night long an they refuse to correct this problem. mark heath is the owner of this company.Desired Settlement: just want this problem fixed by this company
