TIGI Linea c/o Sales Support

Tigi changed their chemical makeup of their Bedhead product without any label warning and will not refund purchase.
I contacted Tigi customer care because I believe I had purchased faulty product. I buy 3 or 4 of their BedHead haircare products at a time to 'stock up' thus I did not have the receipt to return them to Ulta where I purchased them. And I felt TIGI would want to see the defective product. First customer support told me they cannot stand behind their product if I purchased it from Ulta since they do not know what Ulta does to the product on the shelves BUT the rep did ask for the LOT numbers. I sent LOT numbers AND pictures to show how the product is VERY different from what I am used to.

I was then told by Rep that TIGI had, in fact, changed the chemical makeup of the product. The rep then no longer responded to further emails. I opened a new customer case and told the rep there is no labeling to warn the customer of the chemical change to the product. She responded there is nothing they can do. She did offer to send out samples of other product lines that I might like. I took her up on the offer but have not received the samples to date. I also asked that she ESCALTE the issue to a higher up since I feel TIGI is not standing behind their product or chemical change to the product.

I have not received any reply from TIGI.

I have all emails between me and [redacted] (the support rep) if needed. Her statements do contradict herself and she tries to blame the store I purchased it from first before conceding Tigi changed the product chemical makeup.
