I called left multiple messages, emailed multiple times asking how we can get a replacement part for a double stroller and I received no response. Their website states wait 24-48 hours, and it's been weeks. Their phone tree takes you automatically to voicemail that clearly no one bothers to check!
I want to find the replacement part for my stroller ! Please tell me how I can find the part!
Please let the customer know that we have not received messages & I assume the emails are going to SPAM. Please have the customer email: ( @tiketech.com) & please place in the subject matter "Attn: *** ". This will ensure that the email does not go to spam and is missed. We will as always try our best to assist where we can.
