We respond to all emails within hrs, we responded to all of this customers emails in a fair amount of timeWe deleted negative comments that were posted spreading untrue informationCertain colors of our leggings can show sweat if you seat enough as will all leggings of certain colorsPer our
guidelines under our terms on our website we cant accept used sweat in items returned back to usWe can not resell these itemsWe even went out of our way and offered to send a free pair of leggings in a different color, that wouldn't show sweat as bad to make the customer happy

leggings shipped immediately. I then shipped her her leggings early with [redacted] tracking number [redacted] that shows delivered on 10/7 to the address provided by the client. I sent her emails on 10/4 that gave her her tracking number. Also she requested a refund after her item had shipped, I told her we have no problem doing that as long as we get our product back. I have been in constant contact with her via email from the start and just want the client to be happy. I have no problem refunding her once we get the item back that is showing delivered to her address via tracking. Thank you, sorry I didn't respond initially, the info was sent to a old address and today is the first I have ever heard of this complaint that you guys received. I am rejecting this response because: an email response was not received within 24 hours. I have requested to see their alleged response, but they have not been able to provide it. They have lied to me and now to you, saying that they responded within 24 hours, and it took commenting on their Instagram for them to respond to me. I did not want another pair of leggings because the quality of the fabric is not something that I want a duplicate of. They have been nothing short of rude in conversation starting on 1/27, 5 days after my first attempt at communication.
The company did end up refunding me because I filed the complaint. I am not wanting to withdrawal the complaint. This company needs to work on it's customer service and it's return policy.
