Review: On august [redacted] 2014 I bought 'Shower panel' from TILE & DESIGN GALLERY store located at [redacted]. There was 2 men that promoted me to buy their product stating that it's a very good quality product. One of them was an [redacted] - [redacted] and the other one sales person - [redacted] in Russian), they didn't let me open it, as per their policy if the Box is open then I would have to buy it anyway, they assured me that the item is great, new and I will like it, so I paid $500 for an item. Because I have currently ongoing construction going on at my apartment, that box wasn't open until [redacted] of the same month (August). I wasn't concern about days passing by, because as per [redacted] at the day when I bought 'Shower panel' Return Policy was 30 days. So when we opened that box, The Shower Panel back plastic parts was broken and 4 peaces was missing. (According to manual). So as I noticed that I took panel to the store right away. I met [redacted] there, who was very rude and unprofessional, but most important he said they not gonna accept the item back. When I asked him to at least provide me with those missing peaces and replace broken plastic panel, his response was that they don't have those items anymore and it was last one I bought. Moreover when I asked him to exchange it to another shower panel if it's different, he said "That's not his problem to deal with it and he won't do anything about it, neither return money, replace broken and missing peaces and not even exchange it". When I told him that they sold me A DAMAGED BROKEN ITEM, he told me his store policy don't allow him to return or exchange it. I asked him why is that, coz the day I bought they told me it was 30 days and their Policy is Not a Law they shouldn't be selling Damaged/Broken Items, his respond was - "To leave the store because there's other costumers and he don't have time to deal with my 'shower panel'" According to him that "shower panel" belong to me now therefore it is my problem not his. Then I leftDesired Settlement: I called 311 right away, nothing resolved yet. I have all required documents. Picture of return/exchange store policy, Original receipt. Please I'm begging you could you look into this matter, I can't afford another one right now since i'm paying for construction and everything is stopped at this moment due to bathroom and this panel. So now I want them return my money and for all inconvenience and issues they created me at this point to provide me with another new quality panel. I appreciate
