has refunded $1,for two pallets out of
pallets. The credit card company has sent the paperwork to Tile At Best
but we have not heard a response. This case is not closed until we are insured that Tile At Best will not dispute this
refund.

Review: Tile At Best shipped us 13 pallets and 2 were damaged. They agreed to replace the damaged pallets or refund us. We have not received either. We received a confirmation that they received the insurance claim check but did not pay us. We have not received any communication from them since 12/4/2014. They ignore all emails and phone calls.Desired Settlement: $1,327.68

amount of the transaction for the damaged stone. Our credit card company

has refunded $1,327.68 for two pallets out of 13

pallets. The credit card company has sent the paperwork to Tile At Best

but we have not heard a response. This case is not closed until we are insured that Tile At Best will not dispute this

refund.
