We are very sorry that the installation did not go to the complete satisfaction of the customer.I was asked to call the homeowner on 6-16-I spoke with the customer and she told ~.me of concerns she has with the installationI went to the house later on the same day.There are two boards that have "marks" in them and one board looks differentThe homeowner also said that our installer did not use the HLI spray before installing the wood.I told the home owner that we will order another box of wood to replace the three boardsI apologized that the installer did not use the HLI sprayI asked her think about what she would like us to do since the wood is already installedShe said she would like to think about it and let me know.Also, a review of the deposits and billing will be done to correct any errors if any occurred.The home owner has not contacted me since I left her house
