Hi,We forgot to add the electric part of the basementHe ran all of the electric outlets through the same line (bathroom light and exhaust) includedThis causes the switch to pop when using some of the points at the same timeWe asked him to at least install a larger voltage fuse which he didn’t doWe got another opinion and quote from a different contractor and he said that the way he did the installation was poorly done, since it’s a very big area with many outlets there should be different electric lines with a different panel (electric board) Also, he lied to us saying he had a very bad accident and he was not able to workHe sent my husband a picture of his accident (attached) and said he couldn’t work for at least DaysSince or patience was running very low we sent him a contract to sign and refuse several versions and said he was not able to read do to the accidentWhen he came back to finish the job, he didn’t had bruising, scaring or any other sign of the accident and I asked and he stated that his “son made a mistake and sent the wrong picture” and he realized that a few days before coming back(We have some texts from him stating how he can’t read, or going in to get som MRI’s and being admitted to the hospital)So clearly MrOscar C [redacted] is an expert liar.In his initial quote he said he included all of the materials except things that require design such as doors, bathroom tile etc.he later on retracted from it and wanted us to pay for plumbing materialsWe refused

I just see all messages and many things these people try to say to affect me, I don't understand the picture of my friend in the camera because we talk about this many days before and we laugh about this but anyway I just want to close this very bad chapter in my life I want a resolution in the case so I agree to pay the customer the amount of $by the end of february specifically 02/28/I want also to ask the customer to stop contacting me and stop the harassment since they were the ones that get an intermediate

hi my wife just get the letter yesterday january and im out to the country im planning comback next week january so is in that day I can meet all my pictures and my proof in this situation and also I need talk with my lawyer and I can answer the email bc I reading what the other side say and
