Tile Design

We hired Scott of Tile Design, LLC to install our shower pan and to tile the floor and walls of the shower.

The side walls were done very well. However, within a day of his completion of the shower, moisture was building around the drain and along the walls, indication that water is not draining properly (even after multiple days of not taking a shower). Some of it may have been due to the fact that he didn't remove an embedded drain cover and that the pitch against the wall does not slope properly.

After a few texts back and forth to resolve the issue, Scott finally stopped communicating. When I tried to call him, he told me I was neurotic and that there are bigger issues in the world to worry about. This was very disappointing, as he started out very personable and accommodating.

He was paid in full, and despite his 1-year warranty on the work, now he refuses to answer texts or calls. With the possibility of mildew and moisture building up, this needs to be resolved. Upon further investigation, the license number he advertises is delinquent with the State of Colorado Secretary of State.
