Review: I had a new floor installed in the kitchen and a backsplash installed. When they installed the floor and removed the saddle between the kitchen and bathroom, they cracked the bathroom tiles and never said anything. They asked if I had some old tiles and they would replace, I did not and they said o well. Next the grout was cracking where the backsplash meets the counter, I called and they re grouted, the next day when it dried it cracked again, I called they would come after 4 pm , never came or called, I waited and called back , again will come after 4 pm no one came or called again, waited and called was told the worker is working late. A date was set up for a Monday at 5 pm will be there. I called at 5:30 pm will be there in one hour, at 7:15pm they called worker is making a delivery and will not come. Sorry , will call to set up another time. They did not listen to anything I said just say sorry.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE GROUT NOT TO CRACK AND I WANT THE TILES IN THE BATHROOM FLOOR FIXED. I AM NOT THE ONE WHO RUINED THEM. AND NEVER SHOWED UP THREE TIMES WITH NO PHONE CALLS
