finish the job completely but she did not like the seems in the granite I told her I am willing to fix it but she said no and she did not pay the balance $1900 install granite 2 islands my installer came she did not allow him in the house I am willing to fix every thing for her let me know if she agree otherwise I going to lean her home soon,

I do not accept the owner's response. The flooring came out great. It is the counter tops I have a huge issue with. It is not just the seams, it is the counter tops as a whole. Very unprofessional work, damage to my cabinets and plumbing. I am aware that he does not do plumbing. But if he does not do plumbing, then he should not rip out my plumbing if he does not plan on fixing it. The counter tops can not be fixed, they need to be replaced. He did not have his workers show up for over 2 weeks and ignored my calls and text. No one ever showed up to work on my house and I never refused them. When I went to his office to get my money back, I brought a male friend because the owner is very intimidating. He yelled and screamed at us, making threats to lean my house and call the cops. What he is doing is illegal since he has not contractors license, even though he claims to. He also should not have given me a price for my counter tops with out seeing the place and measuring first. I was willing to pay the extra $200 for the difference of the larger counter top. I was told that it would be 3 slabs, but again as I have mentioned before, there are 4. As well as the new counter tops are not as large as the previous ones. So again, if he is willing to completely replace my counter tops, replace any damages, and take all the trash that was left behind, then I will pay the remaining balance of $1200. I don't know where he got the $1900 balance, but I have proof that I only owe $1200 in text from the owner himself.
