Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I find this so interesting that I couldn't get a response from anyone for MONTHS and now all there are are responses about how helpful they have tried to be Completely unacceptable We have known our kitchen was going to be painted since the counters went in There was NO discussion of matching cabinet stain Unbelievable No further replies are necessary, because the fact of the matter is that no one helped us or even talked to us for months and now we are having to pay another company to fix what Tile Lines and their installer are responsible for [redacted] ***

*** ***because the installer came out and told us he could not fix this issue, we are not confident he can now all of a sudden do it When the owner of tile lines told me he would do it, we wanted that, but not the installer who told us he couldn't Now we will have to pay more money to have someone else do it

The installer said he could not replace the small wood piece with the exact color. This is correct. It is nearly impossible to match an old cabinet stain. After speaking with the husband I found out that the cabinets were being repainted. That makes replacing the wood piece an easy thing to do. Any wood piece can be put in since it is being repainted. The installer can do this but when contacting the homeowner last week they said it had been completed. If that is not the case we will be happy to install this small wood piece.Darrell H[redacted]OwnerTile Lines
