Hi Miriam, I would to make two offers to try to close this complaint# A - We will come out and make a permanent repair to roof leak. B- Do permanent repair and seal Cricket area of Roof with Elastomeric Coating to prolong the life of Cricket area( This would cost *** *** $ upon completion ) The work can be done before end of June Thank you Mark

We went out to *** ***'s house and repaired her roof leak temporarily until she can get someone to Replace or Restore the Roof between the House and Garage I have attached a picture of the roof where it was leaking with all of the dirt and debris under the Roof Tile that shows
it was nothing we did to make the roof leak I hope this answers any questions and closes the complaint Thank you, Mark Madison

I am rejecting this response because:
Mark,
The leak was caused by your company and should be repaired last time you came out. Now your saying it was temporary. I paid you $4100 to cut back roof and replace dry rot fascia boards. I have had this roof for 15 years and never had a leak until your guys took tiles off and didn't seal and replace them back properly. It hasn't rained since you came out so don't know if it still leaks.
You promised you would come back and seal the cricket and charge me for the cost of product only. You said it would cost around $100.00. I've already paid you $4100 and I'm willing to pay for the cost of product and an additional $100.00 for your time. That's it. The roof leak you need to fix if it was temporary because I've paid you already for that service and not for a temporary fix.
