Review: I went to TileMarket and selected a tile I wanted for my outside porch. The sales convinced me to buy an extra box of tile in case the installer broke some even though we had extra already accounted for in the original order. She told me it would be no problem and I could just bring back any extra after the job was completed. The house where I had the work done is a vacation home that I do not frequent very often so it took about 45 days to get the work completed. As expected, I had the extra box leftover and when I went to return it, they would not accept it saying it was over 30 days. There is NOTHING on my receipt stating a 30 day return policy and if there was, I would have not bought it knowing my limited time at the vacation home. The salesperson never mentioned this either at the time of purchase. I find it deceitful and underhanded that they would not work with an otherwise satisfied customer with one extra box of tile. I wrote tot he company asking for some resolution and they never even bothered to respond. It is unbelievable that they would not work with me and try to secure a good resolution with me and thus have me on their side to recommend them to the other 200 residents in my community that could potentially buy tile from the. Now I am warning everyone to stay away from his company completly. The Tile Market serves a vacation home community in Delaware and should have the sense to know how to work with homeowners that are not regularly in the area.Desired Settlement: A refund of $57.64 for the box of tile I don't need that they convinced me to buy.

Review: Outdoor Grill Top3cm Natural Stone* Nuvolato Quartz PolishedFinished Edge - EasedTotal: $3,456.00Slab delivered has large imperfection that was not at time of our slab approval. Stone shop manager insists this is what we have selected. As a customer, we believe we were taken advantage of since we only approved the slab without taking photos as we would have never approved such defect!Desired Settlement: They need to replace 1/2 of the slap (Right-side) at the defect location.

As far as this complaint is concerned, it was resolved months ago. We replaced the counter top per the customers request at our expense on October 11th 2014. I apologize but I was unaware that there was even an outstanding complaint. I searched the "sales" email account and this is the only email received from Revdex.com since one was sent to us back in 2010. Not sure what happened.
