Best price but terrible installationActually installed the ordered railing onto the wrong house the first timeAfter trying to remove and fit back to my steps the railing was severely damaged and one of the natural stone steps exploded because they have never heard of diamond bitsAfter satisfying the wrong house, a new railing was installed at my residence with diamond bits that I providedDrilling went fine, of course, but the railings were not mirror images of each other and were about inch off at railing heightAlso the finishing trim pieces to cover the screws were installed using a hammer and left dents that should not be thereWas told the manufacturer recommends this practice but I I am sure dents in finishing trim are not recommended.The railing from factory was also scratched and had over spray and was advised that I would be contacted with a chemical to alleviate some of this, no contact has been madeAfter all of this ***, was told I was a picky customer and no more adjustments would be made because they lost money on the deal, no fault of myself [redacted] *
