We will happily refund the customer's money when the merchandise is returned

Revdex.com: Actually, the company had notified me that they were sending out another gift basketThat is what I wanted!!- for my family member to actually get the gift I had originally had tried to send herI don't know how they got the idea that I was cancelling it and wanting a refundBut, if indeed they did credit my account, I guess I'll just have to accept this screw up and start all over with the gifting processAfter this big hassle, my family member still doesn't have any gift!! They Lie to us, letting costumers think that the meals are coming direct from, that they made the mealsI want them to refund the back to american express.Regards,*** & *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:No one told me when I called or initially corresponded that the package would be delivered on 10/29/They told me that the package would be delivered on or before 10/29/In addition no one offered any sympathy or apologize for the hardship this caused due to the extenuating circumstancesIf a business is going to post on their website that customer satisfaction is 100% they should be able to back it upAny reasonable person would expect that an order placed on 10/would be delivered on 10/(day)Again, it was not until I called to complain about "where is my package" that I was advised of the "cut off"

Our meal shipments are perishable, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute the cooler. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: they told me to doate the food because you can't return perishable it would decay.  Send-A-Meal is being smart now. They know that we donated the food, thats why they said that if we return the food they would refund the money.  Now its time to send a complaint to the Attorney General in Texas regarding this matter.  Send-A-Meal is playing games now.  What kind of company this.  They also had other people on the web that was disappointed with the company. Had we known this was a bait and switch we would never never deal with them. All they do is lie throught their teeth.  This is not a way to run a company.
I want them to refund $179.98 back to American Express. If you like [redacted] food  and you have a problem with them, no doubt would return your money and you can donate the food. they would never they you to return the food.Regards,[redacted] & [redacted]

This order was delivered on 7/8/15 as requested. FEDEX Tracking number: [redacted]We have requested several times from the customer to confirm that the delivery address she provided was correct. She has been non-responsive to our email attempts. See attached emails.

We will happily refund the customer's money when the merchandise is returned.
