After a frightening experience with a company referred by [redacted] r, I called FA for another opinionI have a water spot on the ceiling of my first floor laundry room coming from the second story shower/tub bathroomI know this because I can hear water dripping when my kids take a showerZac was very professional and courteousHe gave me helpful tips instead of scaring me with the thought of mold in the walls and tearing down the ceiling and using my homeowner's insurance to help with the cost of the jobAfter making some minor corrections, I do not hear the water dripping when the shower is usedThe tactics used by the other company was very unprofessionalThey wanted to call another company to tear up the ceiling and file the insurance claim for me and even pay my deductable! Thank goodness this was not a real emergency
