I did not respond to this complaint because it was not even worth the responseThe customer was told by me that they could not return the? discontinued tile that they chosewhen they brought the material back hours later because they never got approval from their customer for colorI still took care of them and got the returnI explained to them at time of purchase that orders paid in cash will have a check issued for any returns made against itAfter selecting a new color of tile I extended a discount to offset the? inconvenience so they could make a few dollars on the dealNone of this was mentioned in his complainthe needs to get his facts straightJust as a follow up to this he has been in three time since to buy more materialHe just wanted to get his check for faster than waiting for the mailHe full well knew what to expect

I took in a sample tile and the sales man Terrance looked at it and said he had that exact tile in warehouse, just needed to special order itI got the tile that was suppose to take days 5-days laterWhen I picked up the tile without the sample with me I assumed was right because Terrance told me it was exactI got it to the customer and she wasn't happyI tried to still sell it to her but noSo I then returned it and was told the New tile and refund would be there in daysIt wasn't only the tileYes I came back and got more box's of the New tile because that's where I got the tile fromAnd they handed me extra pieces of tile because some was visibly brokeWell a lot.more was broke after I started laying the tileThe customer is irate now and so am I And then you write a disrespectful reply? I have multiple witnesses to all this that I claim and have the customers to back me as well thanksSo I have pieces in total broke as well that because I complained the first time I'm being treated like carp This is the worst business ever You are a liar and hurting small businesses with your negligence and arrogance!

I got the tile that was suppose to take 2 days 5-6 days later. When I picked up the tile without the sample with me I assumed was right because Terrance told me it was exact. I got it to the customer and she wasn't happy. I tried to still sell it to her but no. So I then returned it and was told the New tile and refund would be there in 2 days. It wasn't only the tile. Yes I came back and got 2 more box's of the New tile because that's where I got the tile from. And they handed me 2 extra pieces of tile because some was visibly broke. Well a lot.more was broke after I started laying the tile. The customer is irate now and so am I . And then you write a disrespectful reply? I have multiple witnesses to all this that I claim and have the customers to back me as well thanks. So I have 10 pieces in total broke as well that because I complained the first time I'm being treated like carp . This is the worst business ever . You are a liar and hurting small businesses with your negligence and arrogance!
