Thank you again for the opportunity to address this situationWe understand that Mr [redacted] is not interested in being a Toyota of La Crosse customer and we think that is a satisfactory solutionWe’re again sorry to hear Mr [redacted] was not satisfied with the $Kwik Trip gas/gift card we providedAnd again, we apologize for any inconvenienceToyota of La Crosse appreciates that the Revdex.com brought Mr [redacted] ’s concerns to our attentionHowever, in light of Mr [redacted] ’s repeated personal attacks, we respectfully submit that such attacks are wholly unfounded, do not reflect the experience of our many valued customers and are damaging to our employees and valued customersAt this time, we will consider this matter closed with no additional responses to follow
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I really apritiated your time and effort to help me out in this situation against a biggest car corporation in worldI would feel better if they were offer me a $ gift card or something like that at my visit .but all they did was to tell me sorry and act arrogant and not feeling true lily guilty for their mistake.Yes they said they will fix the car witch will take between 3-months .yes 3-months .and when I asked if they have similar car at similar price -they said that they don't .so the manager is simply lying $ gift card is an half hour of labor by their mechanics .I spend hours driving and way over dollars of gas and my car amortization driving over mlSo they should stand behind their name as s Toyota dealership and make their Toyota costumers feel happy and valiuble as they all talk about in their comersials on TV .I was not made feel like that .I felt dissapoited and not serve with respect .Even more -I get the arrogant and disrespectful costumer service Now after I read the Manager answer I feel like I was totaly right in my first impression with this dealershipWhen you make mistake -like we all do -you have to fix it and make me feel to come back as a Toyota Prius owner for more then years .I still have Prius but I really trully feel like Toyota does not deserve someone like me .I made many people buy a Prius .hope to get a at least $ gift card for my gas and time spend because someone did not do his job he gets paid .Thanks Regards, [redacted]
