Don't use this company for tilework in your house if you want level tilesI don't believe any tile is level with adjoining tiles all the way around in any of the two bathrooms, kitchen, or laundry room that Tile Works installed in my new home buildOne tile is so far off it is about a quarter of an inch lower than the adjoining tile but no two tiles are level anywhereThis is a real problem and while the owner fixed one tile I pointed out that was a quarter of an inch low all around before grouting and BEFORE he was paid, I did not immediately note this other tileBetween him and the builder it should've been done correctly and was not with no recourse at this point short of pulling up the whole floorThey even grouted the unlevel floor which is ridiculous for a 'professional' company to not note the discrepancies in levelnessSo buyer beware this is not a company that will give you a good final product if you can even get him to finish the job in a timely mannerThis was a problem for our house build as the owner would not come back out to grout and finish the job, in fact, he didn't even take calls from my builderI would never have used him if I knew what I was in store forI have pictures, plus the floor, to back up my reviewHopefully I'll be able to figure out how to get the floor fixed soon
