We have settled to customer’s satisfactionIn response to the customer’s concerns, the customer revised the two cabinet sizes because she wanted more aisle space, therefore we reduced the cabinet sizes at the customer’s request After she had received the custom cabinets, she decided she actually wanted the original design of the larger cabinets, at which time she worked with the designer to extend the design and ordered an additional cabinet to fulfill the original spaceThis had already been resolved to her satisfaction The full extension drawers were not ordered by the customer at the time because she did not want to pay extra for the upgraded featureThe original invoice and also factory invoice indicates regular extensionsHowever, the manufacturer did mistakenly deliver full extension tracks on a couple of the drawers where the customer noticed the differenceThis was not on the original designWe are willing to exchange them as a courtesy free of charge to the customer, although the factory will not honor the replacement, since it is an upgraded feature and not considered an error or a defectCustomer has picked up the full extension tracks and in fact is interested in purchasing additional full extension tracks for the pantryComplaint has been resolved to customer’s satisfaction

Its my word against theirs because they didn't give me a complete list of what I ordered. That was my mistake next time I pay for something I will make sure I have a print out of exactly what was ordered.

I'm not sure how to respond to this. We have done all we can to resolve the issue with the customer. We provided the upgraded tracks free of charge and there's nothing more we can do to satisfy the customer. We've fulfilled everything the customer is asking for and we've satisfied this complaint to the best of our ability and there's not much more we can do to resolve/respond to this complaint.   As you've requested we've attached the factory order list for the customer's order with all of the breakdown totaling an MSRP of $22,257.10. The customer received a discounted price at a total of $12,000 that includes the whole cabinetry as a set. Attached is the cabinet factory breakdown of all the pieces for the order, the customer's invoice, our order to the factory for the replacement of the extra full extension runners and the description of the upgraded runners (@ $110.00 each). Please let me know if you need any further information, but we can no longer respond to this complaint as we have fulfilled all we can for this customer. Thank you.

Review: I did not receive the products that I ordered. I received 2 wrong size cabinets and I ordered full extension slides on all my drawers and that is not what I received. Half of my drawers are full extension and half are not. My pantry drawers are also supposed to be full extension, but they are not.When I mentioned this to them they told me that I did not order full extension. They also said that I changed the cabinet size for the order. Both of which are false. They made the errors and I am left with the incorrect items.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered and what I paid for. I would like all my drawers to have full extension slides.
