We did complete tile work for this customer Unfortunately, it appears that he has some shifting of the foundation which caused some of the tiles to loosen We went out of our way to accommodate them and offered to replace the tile They came and chose a tile which was more
expensive and agreed to pay the difference in the tile They changed their mind and chose a tile that was more expensive and would cost more to install They did not agree to pay the difference in the installation costs We spent a great deal of time attempting to get them to understand that the tile they chose, due to its nature, was more time consuming and therefore more expensive to install They changed their mind again and now want the original tile We explained to them that this tile is manufactured in *** and that we could order it for them This tile will take approximately six to seven months to be manufactured and shipped It will be available in April, Once the tile is received in *** and has cleared customs, we will contact the customer to schedule installation In the alternative, they are welcome to select another tile and, if there is a difference in the costs for the tile or installation compared to the original, they would pay the difference
