start with the tub that *** claims is notthe right tub, when in fact the tub that is in the home is the actual tub that *** himself touch andselected from the floor at the suppliersIt is the actual tub not a modelNever does it state in ourcontract that we were installing a *** tub.The reason for *** wanting us to pull out the tub is not due to the tub not being the correct makeand model, it is because *** had stomach surgery while we were doing the renovation and ***now finds that he does not have enough strength to get himself out of the tubThe tub is an oversizedtub, which is what *** recommended and wantedThis is the tub we provided for ***has also stated that we have been fined from Service Alberta a few years back, which is true but not forany reason other than we did not have a proper license for prepaid contracts in placeThis problem hasbeen rectified for a long time and all licenses are now in placePlease feel free to do your due diligence.As for the shower, we installed, *** actually had a rep from this particular product come out andassure *** that the contractor did in fact install the shower 100% correct, and that it was theproducts threshold in the front of the shower that was the reason why water was coming from directspray of the wash wandTilertech and *** *** are honest respectful companies and for that wealways strive to keep our customers happy, so with that being said Tilertech and *** *** haveagreed that since the client is not pleased with the PRODUCT we will in fact work together at no cost tothe client to remove the shower and install another shower of his choice, which *** has alreadyselected.I would like to take the time to say that a complaint is not always one sidedI would encourage you todo all the research you can on our company, you will see that Tilertech is a stacompanyWealways have the best interest of our clients, but will not allow slanderI would also like to note that thisparticular client has had three separate contacts with our company and has given us a letter ofrecommendation which I will attachWe truly do not know why this has come down to this, other thanthe client not working with our companyI would like to finish this with a direct message to ***:*** we would like this to end on as much of a positive note as possibleWe just ask for a little moreparticipation from you, so this will end much easierPlease understand that you and I know that we area great company and we are willing to rectify any issue you may have within reason and/or contract.Thank you we look forward to putting and end to all of this
