We installed this roof September of do to storm related damageI received notification for a leak June of and
have been on the roof times since to hunt down a leak zone (Keep in mind I did this work outside our year labor warranty) we did some caulking around intrusions which did not fix the leakmy recommendation to the homeowner was to have a plumber look at the plumbing exhaust pipe for any cracksAlso the garage door that we installed was a top of the line aluminum door which ate up all of insurance proceeds with material and labor(door was verified by homeowner previous to installation)also the foundation for the shed was not paid for by insurance and was homeowners responsibility to pay forwith all this said I feel I have performed at a professional level and will still continue to do what is possible to help with anything I can

The first notification of the leak was in October of We have now found the source of the leak and it is around one of the ventsThe shed roof still leaks and was not installed per the shed instructionsWe okayed the lack of washers on the sides but *** said they would be used on the roofHe then left and his helper did not use them*** did come out and caulk the roof of the shed but it did not fix the problemThe house roof leak has now damaged the ceiling underneath*** has said he will fix it but has not shown up when he made an appointment

I am more then willing to pay for the repairs necessary to bring your gutter helmet back to new or install our gutter guard which is a
lot stronger and more durable (whichever you choose
after speaking with gutter guard they told me that prior to the start of the job they would have removed the gutter helmet and re installed it in there approved fashion after we finished the roof for per foothad I been informed of this that is the rout I would have taken
with that said whatever rout you choose I am willing to take care of all repairs necessary
My recommendation is to install a mr durable gutter guard to ensure no denting and scratching in the future which carries a full lifetime warranty as well and a cleaning warranty on top of that

We have not yet received an itemized invoiceWe have looked through the paperwork related to your work on our roof and cannot find an itemized invoicePlease provide us with an invoice number, the date it was created, and the date and method by which it was sentWith this information, we will look through the paperwork againIn the meantime, please send us a copy of the invoice
On December 16th, you invited a *** representative to look over the damage that had been done to our gutter guardsYou discussed with him the damage and the repair optionsIn an email he sent us following your meeting, he outlined the reasons why the way the roof was installed prevents the *** system from working properlyHe explained in the email that, due to the system's inability to perform properly, the Lifetime Clog Free Warranty and Lifetime Material Warranty through *** of MN are voidedFollowing his visit on December 16th, the *** representative provided you and us with a repair estimate detailing the work that would need to be done to revalidate the *** warranties
On March 25th, we invited the same *** representative to look over the damage againHe confirmed that, in order for the Lifetime Clog Free Warranty and Lifetime Material Warranty through *** of MN to be valid, the work listed on the repair estimate provided in December needs to be completedHe was clear that *** materials are only available as part of an installation contract through them; therefore, in order for our gutter guards and downspout to be repaired/replaced using *** materials as we are requesting in the second point in our desired resolution, *** must complete the repairs themselves
Since you are more than willing to pay for the repairs necessary to bring our gutter helmet back to new, we want you to cover the costs of *** performing the work outlined on the repair estimate we both received on December 16th, This will meet part of the third point in our desired resolution: validating the *** warranties
Another part of the third point in our desired resolution addresses our roof warrantyAs of today, we have not yet received a written document detailing the terms and conditions of this warrantyPlease send us a copy of our written warrantyOnly once we receive a written warranty can we know what is necessary to ensure its validityIf any work *** would do might invalidate that warranty, we expect you to inform us of that and to work with *** to agree on a mutually-acceptable solution that will maintain the validity of both your and their warrantiesWe expect you to keep us informed by being in regular communication with us throughout this process
