I never had the pleasure of working with [redacted] though she did pay hosting to Tiller for her contracted site through May of 2016. I first became aware of...

this issue on August 15th, in a project meeting with former manager and owner [redacted] is not in a current paid service contract with Tiller Creative, but [redacted] asked that I contact her to assist her with the situation. 
On Thursday of that week, the 18th, I received a formal complaint from the Revdex.com. I value each of my clients, and am dedicated to working with non profits and community based organizations in the South Sound. Though [redacted] is not paying for support services, I have been corresponding with her regularly to mediate this situation as soon as possible (please see my emails attached), as I do with all of my past clients. 
It has since come to my attention that [redacted] did respond to [redacted] and perform some of the needed work on her account, but was unable to resolve the entire issue. Half of the problem described requires her to access private account information that Tiller does not have access to. In this case, it is an issue of an expired API address which, for security reasons, [redacted] needs to access herself. 
I am working with [redacted] to assist her in this process, and to fully resolve any unforeseen issues as quickly as possible. We are also working together to transfer her hosting account to another server. She is currently balancing this project with another position, so has had some delays in working with me. However, [redacted] is a pleasure to correspond with, and I am confident that we will resolve her issues as soon as she is able.
