I'm very disappointed and extremely surprised that Mrs*** Has chosen to send a report to the Revdex.com ! In my opinion I went above and beyond to try to satisfy this customer , When she contacted us at the end of February - I informed her that at the time the weather was too bad to have one of
my employees climb up on her roof due to the fact we were covered in snow and ice and dealing with sub zero temperatures However at the end of March I sent two workers and they replace the damaged shingles and repair some of her siding and facia medal which she did not pay me for ! And then at the end of when she called me in November , I went out personally to observe the situation , At that point I observed several missing and or loose shingles / Which I repaired and did not charge her for even though the reason the shingles were loose was because the sills on the shingles Did not seal properly , As a contractor I hold myself to the highest of quality and craftsmanship and if the reason for the missing shingler's was because they were installed incorrectly I would've absolutely done everything I could but due to the fact that They did not seal properly Which is a manufacture defect I informed Miss *** that she would have to contact the manufacturer and put aclaim in Due to manufacture defect .I have no control over what the manufacturer does , I had seen this happen before therefore I'm knowledgeable about what the procedures are / And I know the manufacturer will not allow the contractor to make the claim this is something that has to be done by the customer there's nothing I can do ! If there was I would surely help her in anyway ! I did inform her of the type of shingles that we installed / And furthermore at last we spoke I thought everything was good , She was going to contact the manufacturer to have them replace her roof ,I did not receive a call in as the customer has said in her complaint I'm deeply disappointed that has come to this I wish she would've gave me a chance To talk to her and figure this out / And as I've said before she has extremely exaggerated about the time she's called me ,I might not respond the same day but I do follow up with all my customers within hours
