Tiller Sanitation keeps a phone log of all calls received or messages left on our answering systemTwo employees have searched our phone records from November 1,
2014, through February 28, There were no calls received from *** *** in the month of November 2014, nor in December Her complaint stated that she talked to someone at Tiller Sanitation on December 29, 2014, January 23, 2015, and February 20, We have no record of calls from Ms*** on those datesHowever, we do have record of calls received from Ms*** on January 12, and February 27, 2015, as well as a message left on February 26, On the occasions that we spoke with Ms***, we did apologize for the missed service, explaining to her that the cause of missed/delayed pickups was totally a weather related issueIn the months of January and February we often experience weather issues that can cause delays in service, and depending on the severity of the weather situation, if the condition lasts for three to four days it can cause such a bathat the delays carry over into the following weekUnfortunately, we experienced severe weather situations in both January and February of this yearWhen a customer calls in to let us know of missed service we are happy to issue a credit, and credit has been issued on Ms***'s account for three weeks of missed service in January and two weeks of missed service in FebruaryUnfortunately, because Ms*** did not call last year regarding missed service in November 2014, the length of time that has passed makes it impossible for us to substantiate any missed service at that timeCredit for missed service will be reflected on the next billing cycle; if Ms*** wishes to discontinue her service, any credit on her account will be refundedRespectfully, Sue F* Tiller Sanitation sF*tillersanitation,com
