I just want to put in a very good recommendation for Peckitt Pest solutions regarding the control of a wasp nest located under the siding of our home. The service was outstanding - there were prompt, courteous very personal and great followup.
This is the 3rd time that we have had problems in our area in Calgary and the results they provided are far better than other companies we have dealt with. They also offered extra advice and followup - they just do the job they want to make sure we were satisfied.
I called Tom of Peckitt Pest Solutions in a panic in September 2015 when I discovered what I though were bed bugs in my home. He responded immediately and verified my fears. He then helped me find help to prepare my home for treatment and took phone calls and answered question and calmed my fears on an ongoing basis for months as I had my home treated twice and tried to deal with the fallout. It was an extremely anxiety and chaos provoking ordeal, but Tom was kind, helpful and patient throughout. I would recommend Peckitt to anyone with a pest problem. I've hired him to do pest control on an ongoing basis for my home and properties. Tom and Peckitt went above and beyond the call of duty and were also reasonably priced for their services. It's nice to know some people and businesses still have integrity and pride in their service businesses.

Tom Peckitt was the best exterminator I have dealt with. He was the only company that came over right away to inspect in person when asked and next day came first thing to spray. I don't handle insects very well and he was calming and reassuring, answered all my questions no matter how silly and was patient with me when I was not easy to handle. He conducts his business in a very professional and compassionate manor, he is willing to go the extra mile. He was priced competitively and had a great guarantee.
