Review: Service department has very poor quality customer service. I took my bike to them two weeks ago it is still not done.they keep pushing me to the back and working on other people's bikes. Now they're telling me after I've already pay them in advance for the work, they are going to charge me more money. Twice they told me it will be completed on a certain day and that day is still not done. Today Saturday they told me my motorcycle be ready sometime in the morning I got here at 12 o'clock to pick it up, and it is not done . The mechanic that was working on it has been pulled off to do someone else's bIke. I would not recommend any buddy to buy anything from this place.Desired Settlement: ???

When the technician and shop foreman went to install the rear speakers and the tour pak wrap around they found that the wrap around light was actually designed to be direct led replacement for a bike that is already equipped with wraparound lighting. Service manager spoke with customer to see if he wanted to proceed with the installation because there would be additional parts that he would have to purchase for a successful installation but informed him that we would not charge any more labor even though we were going to have to custom make the templates for the speakers and the wrap around lighting along with examining wiring diagrams to find out what all additional parts we would need to complete the installation. Customer agreed to proceed with the installation of the parts. The shop foreman and technician worked late several nights to get this work done for Mr. [redacted]. We never pulled anyone off unless we are waiting on parts or have another emergency with a broken down rider that is traveling. We strive to give every customer the best customer service we can. We feel that we included two speakers at no charge and we also did not charge any additional labor for the extra work to make this work for the customer. This is what parts the customer choose and we wanted to be happy with his purchase.
