Tillie Lake Veterinary Clinic, Inc.

My wife and I were unhappy with the care, customer service, and compassion of staff toward our pet cat (Sassie). We went another Vetetrinary Clinic because our pet cat had the same medical problem again. We decided against taking our cat back to Tillie Lake Vet. Clinic again in fear of Sassie being traumatized. Also I went back a week later to purchase cat food, which I have been buying from the Tillie Lake Vet. Clinic and was told by receptionist that they will not be able to sell me anymore cat food unlessI bring my other cat (Cloey) in for a wellness check. Excuse me, I just dropped almost $600.00 on my sick cat which now is healthy since going elsewhere and now I will be unable to feed my 3 cats because they WON'T sell cat food to me. They recommended a year ago I use this food for my 3 cats better for the digestive system and the food worked well for my cats.
Very unhappy with my latest experience at Tillie Lake Veterinary Clinic!!
