Client never asked for refund and stated they were very happy with the workIt did take longer to complete the work than anticipated due to unforseen personal circumstances, and the unforseen closing of the businessThe work was delivered in two batches of photos instead of one all at onceThe
client was made aware of these efforts to complete their work as soon as possible, and never stressed any importance of occasion for the timeline of delivery

Review: I would like to obtain a refund for the services paid to Tillie & Rose for photography services. While we did have the photographs taken, I had to make several calls and send many emails to receive a portion of the photos. I was promised the remaining photos shortly thereafter and have yet to receive them despite many emails to the business.
This purchase was a 30th anniversary present to my parents which has failed and caused much disappointment to our family.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for the services since the completed work has not been delivered and the business is unresponsive.
