Review: Tilly's Marine has not refunded my deposit for a New boat. Since September 2013. I was promised the full refund and its November 26 today. Due to Emergency I cancelled the transaction within a 2 weeks time. I last talked to Jack, One of the managers. He has told me my deposit will be refunded to me. In fact the business has never refunded the money.How could businesses hold money from customers like this. I'm talking about its a Thousand Dollars Deposit. It is free money for them. No I don't think so......... .Customer's be aware with Business like this one's..........Desired Settlement: Please refund the Full Deposit Immediately.
