Westview Park is not deceptive in its practices. We are the largest apartment neighborhood in West St. Paul and maintain high standards and fair practices always. Heat meets building and apartment code standards at all times. We installed a new...

boiler system during the tenant's occupancy at a cost on many thousands of dollars. We did incur some very unusual problems in getting it to operate properly. All tenants in the building received a one - time rent credit. The tenants complaints were not ignored; additional "heat fins" were added to his radiators during his occupancy. We do offer electric heaters to tenants who feel they need additional heat; the electricity is their responsibility.
The apartment had new carpet and was clean before he moved in. No move in report was returned that said otherwise. He received a detailed list of cleaning that needs to be done upon move out. It was not done. A copy of the move-out report is attached. He is being charged for extra cleaning our caretaker performed per the schedule he had; he is additionally being charged to replace a damaged wood door and the depreciated value of the carpet he ruined. Although his complaint to the Revdex.com is puzzling in that he has yet to receive his move out reconciliation as it has not yet been completed, I expect he will owe us money over and above his deposit and interest earned.
