Review: We entered the above stated establishment at 0145 after asking if kitchen/bar were still open for business. After confirming that we were still within business hours, we were offered a table and proceeded to order. The server brought our table's beers at approx. 0155 only to be informed that we would be required to finish out beverages by no later than 0200. This is clearly a misleading and inappropriate business practice. If customers are offered service, better clarification about business policy should be required PRIOR to seating and service. This business mislead us and inappropriately took advantage of last minute sales. We were served our drinks only to be briskly rushed out of the establishment in less than five minutes. This practice should not be allowed in future sales situations.Desired Settlement: more candid disclosure of business policy prior to last minute sales.

Review: I was in this establishment for an event that was hosted by a magazine. The event included FREE drinks from 630-730pm. Everything was going good me and my friends had arrived early and our group consisted of 13+ people. we had bought numerous drinks and food BEFORE the event started. Once pacific magazine finally arrived and the power hour started me and my group went to receive our complimentary drinks. we would then be told by a bartender that the' drinks were free but his service wasn't''. Which in turn basically meant he would not serve us unless we tipped money!!!!!! He was very rude and disrespectful so once I addressed the matter to his boss or manager I was told that I should feel where the server is coming from and that it was hectic and they were upset because not everyone was tipping. For management to also follow the same mantra shows that there was a complete lack of regard for the integrity of this business. As a loyal and paying customer of 4+ years I am greatly disappointed and offended.I do hope that this letter makes it to the higher ups because I know they would not appreciate their bartenders soliciting and forcing gratuities!!!! Also the loss of my business and 13+ people is not good for business at all and that's alot of people who now have a negative opinion on this establishment.Desired Settlement: I would like to see something done an apology from management and the bartender because corporate is not at fault they can not control the actions of their employee's so thats why I am taking the time to write this so that they are aware of whats going on. This was uncalled for and I felt pressured and bullied into tipping when he definitely didn't deserve it!
