Tiltin Window, Doors & More

Six months ago, my husband and I began the search for new windows. Though our home is only 15 years old, we noted the energy efficiency of our windows had waned over the years. Additionally, we wanted to replace storms in a three season room.
After thoroughly researching over 10 companies, we found ourselves working with Tiltin Windows and Doors. Larry from Tiltin was our connection. Their reputation and references were flawless, which weighed into our decision heavily. They also had a seemingly excellent product which was head and shoulders above the competition.
Larry [redacted] had an amazing knack for listening to us and our needs. He thought outside of the box to ensure our needs were met. He made suggestions, but we never felt pressured for upgrades or changing our thoughts. Unlike other companies, Tiltin made suggestions that were absolutely in line with what we wanted.
Larry has very open communication, and we knew every step of the process what the timeframe was and what we needed to do. On install day, we were overly impressed with their promptness and professionalism. Larry and his crew did an excellent job during “deconstruction” and through the remodel. When an unforeseen issue arose, Larry contacted us to share our options. He stayed true to the estimate, and our remodel came out better than we had hoped. In fact, I have contracted with Larry to do some kitchen remodel items as well, as I was so impressed with this company. After they left, there was simply no trace of sawdust or the deconstruction. The inside and outside of our home was spotless.
Many companies can install windows. The difference between Tiltin and the others is the outstanding product, superior customer service and seamless install that Tiltin offers. We could not be more thankful that we selected this outstanding company.

We had half the windows in our house replaced in 2012 and the other half of the house windows replaced in 2013. This year 2015 we had our bow window replaced.
We had excellent service and any questions we had were answered over the phone or Larry came over to the house in person.
They were always on time and did a great job cleaning up after they were done.

I have had tiltin do several quotes and installations on both of my locations and am 100% pleased. if something is not right, a call to them and it will be fixed.
