[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] MrA*** was at my location this morning and tried to persuade me that the problem was caused by the excessive amount of snow that we had last year and the design of the roofThis house was built in and never had any ice problem until the past five years. Skylight has been changed and new ventilation was added to no avail and that is why last September, we decided on a new roof even though the old one was only years old with a years guaranty. We wanted to start anew to avoid any more leaking problem In my opinion, MrTim Alain doesn't know how to fix the problem and tried to blame the cause on the design of the house itself. He stopped this morning and added more caulk around the pipes protruding out of the roof. Other than that, he did not seem to know the cause of the problem. I will hire someone else to take a second look. I have learned from my mistake and in the future, I will make sure to get more information and recommendations before I hire any company. I will not recommend MrA*** Coto any other customerHe was no where to be found when problem came up with his work. The guaranty is practically useless since he did not answer his phone, returned his calls or emails until after the guaranty had elapsed, I wonder why? His answer is that he had to downsize, was sick for months etc. There is simply no excuse to take more than months to return customer calls and email when you are in businessI felt that I was just being ignored, I don't think he had any intention of returning to repair the roof. I am very disappointed in Tim A*** Coand I would not recommend his company to my worst enemyPlease bring this matter to close and sign me as a dissatisfied Tim A*** Cocustomer. Thank you for all your help

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised there is nothing wrong with the roof.  The consumers issue steams from improper insulation causing heat loss.  The business was at this location today and showed the consumer there is nothing incorrect with the job, consumer was taken up the ladder...

to see that the job was correctly completed.  Consumer confirmed no leaking throughout the summer.  There was a one year warranty for roofing and then the shingle manufacture provides a 30 year warranty.  Ice damming is not covered under any warranty.
