August 7, I have received the complaint from *** *** and the following is my explication of this matter.
I sent the original packet of CDs in a timely fashionBut, the package was returned due to a mistake in the addressI sent an email to the client to
confirm the correct address and then went out of town for a location shootI was gone for daysDuring my absence, I received an email from the client confirming the correct addressI was unable to send the second package of CDs until I returned from my location shootThis was an unusual amount of time to deliver CDs to my clients.The client has confirmed that she has received the CDs and considers the matter resolved(see attached)Regards,

Review: My daughter had headshots taken by Tim Coburn at his studio in [redacted], Virginia in March of 2014. As of July 2014 she still has not received the CD with her headshots. Although Mr. Coburn has repeatedly said he is sending the CD we still have not received it. I have made numerous calls to Mr. Coburn and sent him many emails asking for the CD. I have even offered to come by the studio and pick it up. Reasons he has given for why we have not yet received the CD are that it was sent to the wrong address and that he was out of town and unable to send it, or words to that effect. Long story short...we still have not received the CD.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the CD with my daughter's headshots. If it is no longer available, I would like to have a refund of the $300 I paid him for his work.

During my absence, I received an email from the client confirming the correct address. I was unable to send the second package of CDs until I returned from my location shoot.
