After telling me that he mistakenly ordered parts for both doors, the manager verbally gave me a price for parts that was still more than double what GM listedGM price for contactor was $original quote from ALA was $Revised verbal was $I have not received a formal quoteThe original quote states replacement of latch actuator on "power sliding door on the passenger side" for $It is very clear he was not quoting two doorsThis GM part list for $ I am still not satisfied with the verbal explanation of what I paid $forI have no reason to suspect these items are faultyIf I move the door to a certain position, it will close automatically and the drive motor is operationalThis appears to be an electrical issue and not mechanical [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: Thank you for your responseAll I was given on time of purchase was a declaration sheet stating "effective date March 1st 2012" of the extended warrantyI have on three separate occasions been to Ray Brant Toyota to discuss the issue in person and have yet to receive the contractAll I have been given is a copy of the declaration sheet stating "effective date March 1st 2012" on row of the documentThis document also states the amount of miles and length of time of warrantyI have attached a picture of this document to this message so that you can see itI need to be shown a copy of the extended warranty contract the dealership is referring to because it does not match the information I have been given Regards, [redacted]
