Tim D. Wilson Investigations

I retained [redacted] firm in October, 2012 for investigative work. He was wired $10,000 and promised access to information from individuals closely connected to the person of interest. To date I have received two sets of publicly available court documents and one report totaling nine pages. [redacted] after receiving the deposit has been evasive and hard to communicate with. After threatening this report and one to the Texas Department of Public Safety I finally received the information listed above. At the conclusion of my divorce case last month I began trying to contact [redacted] again. Only after three attempts and a threat to once again contact the agencies listed above did he respond. He refuses to give me an accounting of the time spent on my case, no monthly progress statements and no claims he utilized the $10,000 in preparation of the nine page report. I believe [redacted] overpromised his services, has been totally uncooperative in returning emails and texts and is unlawfully retaining a large portion of my retainer.Your assistance in arbitrating this situation is appreciated.[redacted]
