Thank you for your help getting resolution for this issue.I've attached the repair bills for complaint *** and also the email communication I had with Dixie at Tim Dahle NissanMy local mechanic, Dave *** L***, is willing to provide additional information if necessaryMr*** L*** informed us
that a certified mechanic would have realized that catalytic converters would not have caused our vehicle to suddenly stall, were unnecessary and clearly didn't fix the problemThe cam shaft sensor that Tim Dahle Nissan charged us for was the problemWhen we returned to Wisconsin we had the same stalling issue, and *** L***'s Auto discovered that the cam shaft sensor had not been replaced at allIn the email conversation with Dixie at Tim Dahle, she gave me two different versions of why the cam shaft sensor was missed, and agreed to reimburse us for our repairs in WisconsinShe did not respond to my statement about the catalytic converters.We were traveling for vacation, and did not have the option of taking the vehicle to different repair shops for additional estimatesWe wrongly assumed that service from a Nissan dealership would be competent and fair.
