Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] All work was to be coordinated by this contractorWe were specifically instructed to allow A***e to handle ALL work and coordination of work I have an e-mail from the contractor (12-*-2016) stating that they would follow up with Paul Davis to see if mold work was completedWe were clearly informed that ALL decisions and work go through this contractorEqually important is that the actual work on the premises is sub-part at best The floor tiles were cut to short (not reaching the saddle), in another instance the door saddle is placed almost in the hallway rather than its correct location The new floor was haphazardly laid over the old floor and now we can already see areas where the new floor is rising at the edges as it does not fall under the door saddles (this is the case in multiple doors along the hallways) This complaint is not just about the mold removal or lack thereof, it also about the actual work performed by the contractor I recommend that the contractor and/or owner of this business come to the facility and actually see the work that has been completed If any one was to look at the work, there would be no doubt as to the quality of the repairsThis complaint has not been resolved and the contractor(s) have stated that the work is now complete In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved However, we have been left WITHOUT the appropriate Mold work and the walls have been closed The contractor completed the work but at best it's far below average in terms of quality and workmanship I would not under any condition recommend these vendors Sincerely, [redacted]

Please be advised that the contractor Osh Restoration & Appraisal Incadvised that they were resolving any issues with MrD*** Our company was not responsible for the mold mitigation that was to be performed I am not aware of any outstanding issues with MrD*** To my knowledge everything was resolved.Respectfully, Joseph A***

[Your Answer Here]
All work was to be coordinated by this contractor. We were specifically instructed to allow A[redacted]e to handle ALL work and coordination of work.  I have an e-mail from the contractor (12-*-2016) stating that they would follow up with Paul Davis to see if mold work was completed. We were clearly informed that ALL decisions and work go through this contractor. Equally important is that the actual work on the premises is sub-part at best.  The floor tiles were cut to short (not reaching the saddle), in another instance the door saddle is placed almost in the hallway rather than its correct location.  The new floor was haphazardly laid over the old floor and now we can already see areas where the new floor is rising at the edges as it does not fall under the door saddles (this is the case in multiple doors along the hallways).  This complaint is not just about the mold removal or lack thereof, it also about the actual work performed by the contractor.  I recommend that the contractor and/or owner of this business come to the facility and actually see the work that has been completed.  If any one was to look at the work, there would be no doubt as to the quality of the repairs. This complaint has not been resolved and the contractor(s) have stated that the work is now complete.
