It is unfortunate that Mr*** has a complaint. Prior to sending out any flyers, we always ensure that they are compliant with the laws regarding advertising for the state of KentuckyTherefore, we are certain that no laws were violated with this mail campaignHowever, in
order to settle this matter, we are willing to give Mr*** a tank of gas for his vehicleAlso, we will make our best efforts to remove his name from any mailing lists associated with any future campaigns.
Again, we do apologize for his inconvenience and Mr*** can contact me in order to receive his tank of gas

It would have been nice of you to send a copy of the response before you closed the complaint.
I never said they broke the law All I said was that they failed to honor their flyer or emails.
I don’t need a tank of gas, I just wish that the business was honest and above board with their advertising; which in mine and other’s opinions they are not I still have the flyer and the emails they sent me if you would like to review

To whom it may concern:
According to the letter that was received from the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) that was dated for 8-25-2015, this case has been resolved. However, for some reason, Ms. [redacted] wants continue to complain regarding her not receiving a loaner vehicle. As with all customers, we shared that our ability to provide service loaners is based upon the vehicle's availability. The dealership has four designated vehicles for loaner service. At the time of Ms. [redacted]’s request, there were not any service loaners available. When this information was shared with her, she started to use vile and profane language. It is amazing that she failed to include that in her complaint. At the end of Ms. [redacted]’s trade, the general manager elected to end the conversation.
At the time of this writing, the repairs that are being made to the vehicle are almost finished and completed. As always, the dealership is honoring its agreements. Ms. [redacted] has not and will not be charged for the repairs. Therefore, this case should remain closed and resolved. Please contact me if there are any questions or concerns.
Best regards,

This letter serves as the response to claim # [redacted]. Tim French Super Stores has had and maintains a great relationship with the members of the community and local business entities as well. Additionally, the company is highly rated by the Revdex.com (Revdex.com). The dealership has an A+...

rating with the Revdex.com. This is a testament to the overall level of customer satisfaction that the dealership intends to achieve on a daily basis.
At the time of this writing, the dealership has agreed to retrieve the vehicle and have it properly diagnosed at no expense to the customer. Also, the dealership has agreed to make repairs to the vehicle as well. However, there are some items regarding the complaint that need to be addressed. First, the purchase price of the vehicle is $5,700.00 and the amount financed was $4,683.00. Therefore, the sale price mentioned within the complaint is incorrect. Second, as written in the complaint, the general manager had already agreed to assist the customer with the service issue. Therefore, the complaint itself is somewhat premature. Lastly, the dealership has had conversations with the actual customer and she has been ok. However, her sister has interjected herself into the situation and has made things convoluted and confusing.
At this juncture, we are still wing to help and we are in the process of retrieving the vehicle. However, it would best for us to discuss this matter, in the future, with the actual owner of vehicle because of the potential issues regarding privacy. This does not mean that we are totally unwilling to discuss things with her sister. But we want the actual owner to be an active participant to any conversation or agreements that are made.

After reviewing the complaint, I looked for...

paperwork that stated that we agreed to make repairs for this customer. According to our records, there was not an agreement to perform any work. Apparently, we agreed ,after the sales was consummated, to have [redacted], the service manager, look at the vehicle. [redacted] had the vehicle buffed and he touched up the paint. He also agreed to touch up the vehicle again if the customer found anymore issues. At the time of the complaint and this writing, [redacted] is still waiting for the customer to call him in order to complete the repairs.
At this juncture, our dealership is still willing to touch up the paint. Ms. [redacted] can call me or [redacted] to schedule a time for her to bring the vehicle in. As stated previously in this letter, our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Unfortunately, we cannot undo what has been done, but we can work to rectify this situation. After speaking with Mr. [redacted] I have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint he wants to do a half job and I will need more money to get the conditon of the car right. Mr. [redacted] stated that he didn't have too do anything and if i paid $100.00 the car will be painted. Because he have no paper work on the condition of the car I did not know that a work order was needed, at the time I was told the car will be clean. Now after been hassle to buy a car at $28,000 i shouldn't after to pay dime.
Regards,
[redacted]

This will serve as our company's response to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint. It is unfortunate the she has elected to file a complaint regarding her vehicle. Previously, we have repaired her vehicle at not expense to her, However, regarding this occurrence, we had the vehicle transported to our service location where it was test driven for over 50 miles. Also, we have also let it idle for over one hour. In both cases, there were not any instances of the vehicle running improperly. Therefore, at the time of this writing, we will be returning her vehicle to her. However, we are willing to work on a deal where she can possibly trade the vehicle. We are open to helping her out in this manner.
