complaint from [redacted] by the Revdex.com, ID#[redacted]. This email is to explain what has happened with this specific guest. In the past month she has visited my store a few times, and every time she has come through it becomes a problem, she came through around 9pm one night and ordered a product that we were out of, It was in the oven when my manager informed her of this she began to go ballistic shouting F[redacted] you fat B[redacted], This mananger was 7 months pregnant at the time. Than she asked for the GM's number which she gave to her Once she spoke to the GM it was all taken care off. The next week she came through the drive-thru and ordered a shot of expresso just plain in a cup(1.50), she said ok everything was fine she was told what the price was at the speaker before pulling to the window where she paid received her prodcut and never said anything about the price. If she was to get a beverage and add the shot of expresso it would only be .50cents. When she left she called the GM again to tell him this was ridiculous that she was over charged, the GM explained to her how much it was and she started screaming at him also, My GM gave her my number, when she called me and left a vociemail she told me two different stories from what she told my GM and what she told the Revdex.com. I have de numerous attempts to reach her and she has not returned any of my messages.  If there is anything else I can do to fix this please let me know.   Thanks,
