Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the consumers concernsBased on review of [redacted] contact of April 10, he purchased (3) AirWick Compact Freshmatics which have been discontinued since He communicated that the batteries inside of all three units were corroded, and requested a refund for all three purchases at the time of his call ( $each is what he indicated he paid for the products) Also, he indicated that he would be contacting the Revdex.comIn the interest of goodwill, a representative offered $in coupons, which [redacted] declined We try to do all that we can for the consumers who use our productsTherefore, should [redacted] wish to send the (3) AirWick Compact Freshmatics back to us for investigation, we certainly will look into his complaint further

I am rejecting this response because: the business needs to double the face value of my rebate Why it took a long time to send the check aNd how did they send it that got lost in the mail, was it in inserted in the envelope or post card method? I should not wait till first week of August and should be sent express as soon as possible

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:first it doesn't matter when or how they were discontinued if they are still being sold in stores that is the companies responsibility to make sure that the product is off the shelf not the customer I just purchased the product then to call and have the company and there reps and supervisors talk rude and disrespectful and have the nerve to offer me dollars when I spent well over on the purchase so of course I didn't accept that I expect like any other customers who spends there hard earned money on a product for the product to work and if not at the least replace it not try to get over and offer a customer a cupons below the amount they payed to purchase your product that's not only wrong it's illegal also I never asked for a refund not when I contacted your company or in my complaint to the Revdex.com I asked your company to replace them with working ones montary compsation was never talked about and the call is record money never came up wasn't my concern I purchased the product cause I needed it so I expected it to be fixed or replace by your company not to be treated rudely or disrespected or offered lower than what was payed for your products I also have absolutely no problem returning your products they are broken and I have no use for them you never asked me to so I don't find it proper for you and your company to try to comment as if it was talked about and I refused to I have no problem returning your defective products for an exchange just send a pre paid label to my email also let me state this complaint ain't in good faith as you tried to state I was disappointed with your company and the way I was treated as a customer is why I made this complaint and as a warning to your customers that your company don't stand behind there products and give there customers all kinds if problem when we expect them to its like your company is fabricating the whole situation so you don't look bad your company is the worst company I've ever had to deal with I was disrespect dissatisfied disappointed and angry about the situation and how I was treated so this complaint is not resolved I would like it escalated to upper management team and I wand all the defective units replaced or a full refund of the original purchase price not dollars not dollars not dollars the full purchase price that's the right and honest thing to do and I will not drop this complaint until I receive what I asked for cause its my hard earned money that I work hard for everyday that I spent on your product in the store on the shelf that don't work so you tell me who's responsible me as the customer who spent his hard earned money on your product or you the company who makes the product and is responsible for the product and where it's sold none of the responsibility of this situation falls with me all I did was expect a working product for my money again this lies with your company to make right Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to Ms***’s concernsThe policy of RB is to thoroughly investigate any complaint in which a consumer feels that one of our products was used in accordance to label directions and an undesirable outcome was received.Due to the nature of Ms ***’s complaint on January 7, 2016, paperwork along with a postage paid shipping label was sent to her to investigate her incident We requested that she please send us one of the affected garments; photographs of all the other articles (as well as to retain all other affected articles); the product in question, and the completion of the provided questionnaire Upon receipt of her parcel, it was noted that Ms***’s returned the Spray’ n Wash® in question, (1) shirt, and a completed questionnaireNo photographs of any other affected articles were provided for review Ms***’s returned Spray’ n Wash® Laundry Stain Remover was evaluated and found to be completely out of manufacturing specifications The product exhibited an overwhelming odor of a bleach-like substance and a high pH level, which is not part of our formulation The forwarded product was not Spray’ n Wash® Laundry Stain Remover.Nevertheless, we continued with our evaluation using a sample product of Spray’ n Wash® Laundry Stain Remover to perform testing:? The sample product of Spray’ n Wash® Laundry Stain Remover was applied to an inconspicuous are of her returned shirt per label directions ; allowed to set for minutes; then rinsed; and air-driedNo damage occurred; the discoloration could not be duplicated.We would like to assure you that all of our products are manufactured under the supervision of our Product Quality Department and must conform to exact specifications In addition, products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they meet our high quality standards Due to the returned product contents not that of being our Spray’ n Wash® Laundry Stain Remover formulation; the knowledge of our product; and as stated above; compensation for her works shirts was not able to be provided In the interest of goodwill, we did provide Ms [redacted] with coupons.If you have any further questions or need us to provide you with additional information please contact us and we will be happy to assist further

I do not have bleach in my homeI understand that they feel they are not responsible, BUT I am surely not responsibleI bought THEIR product the way it wasAgain, I would like to remind the manufacturer and the Revdex.com that their product is not "safety" sealedThere is no covering over the openingTherefore, the manufacturer leaves itself open to tampering, either within their facilities or once it is sent outIF they want to make sure this kind of thing does not happen in the future, they need to put a safety covering over the bottle opening, that way it will protect themselves from liability and also the consumer will know that it hasn't been tampered withI will email photos of the other shirtsI still feel this company is liable and I want my refundThank you! This consumer had emailed us on 1/16/regarding this issue We sent three emails to consumer on 1/18, 1/and 1/asking her to call us Since consumer emailied us initially, we respond to consumer in the same method they contacted us viaWe will call the consumer since she has not called us as we requested in the emails that were sent to herWe will be requesting the four products back and a refund will be sent to consumer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:No follow up has been made by this business to communicate with me on this matterI have not received any communications from this business, either thru phone or email communicationsThe company's denial that items were not damaged by their Woolite Darks product is not acceptableNeither is it in accordance with my experiences using this productNumerous, repeated loads of laundry and a diverse array of fabrics have been consistently damaged using this productThe same items washed in the same washer using a different detergent produced no negative effectsWoolite's denial that any issue has been experienced and refusal to allow for the return and refund of their product is very poor business practice and unconscionably poor customer service Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to *** [redacted] concernsThe policy of Reckitt Benckiser LLC is to try to do all that we can for the consumers who use our products Woolite brand products do not contain harsh chemicals, bleach, or oxidizing agents that would cause the damage( bleaching ) as indicated in her email to us of 8/31/ Therefore, to obtain more information *** [redacted] was reached out to via the phone number provided in her email on 8/31/ Since there was no answer she was emailed on 8/31/and asked to contact us directly at our toll-free number Due to [redacted] negative email response back to us regarding our request for her to contact us back directly, our representative continued to call her directlyAgain, no success was made in speaking with her diretly, therefore, a message was left[redacted] did contact us back via the phone on Sept 25, [redacted] was offered explanation as to what the causes of her experience may be related to, as again, the bleaching would not be attibuted to the usage of Woolite Coupons were offered and sent to her on 9/25/ We will reach back out to [redacted] regarding this contact and offer to retrieve the articles of clothing and Woolite products for testing We do remain confident that her experience is not attributed to the usage of our Wooilte
